Aditya Tiwathia is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University where his labors in the unremitting cold netted him a degree in International Relations. He is interested in democratization, US foreign policy, Sino-Indian and Indo-US relations, South Asia and terrorism. He has previously blogged for the Foreign Policy magazine blog, FP Passport. His current plans include a mixture of travel, work, and blogging.

Manasi Kulkarni (Kakatkar) graduated from the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy. She received her degree in International Security and Economic Policy and interned with the Arms Control Association, Washington, D.C. She is particularly interested in matters of international arms control, nuclear non-proliferation and India’s relations with its neighbors across Asia.
